RTO 9 hires Alphabet

RTO 9, a regional tourism organization that works to promote travel to southeastern Ontario, has retained Ottawa-based Alphabet as its marketing agency of record. The agency will develop promotional campaigns for the region, beginning with the summer and fall seasons. The firm will work in association with Beattie Tartan, which will handle media relations, influencer activities and content creation.
“With domestic tourism on the rise, we are thrilled to be working with the RTO 9 team and their destination partners to reposition southeastern Ontario as a top tourism destination to consumers in Ontario and other provinces,” said Cathy Kirkpatrick, a partner at Alphabet.
