Circle K conducts campaign in Canada

Convenience store chain Circle K is conducting a marketing campaign intended to raise awareness of the brand in Canada. Developed by Giants & Gentlemen of Toronto, the initiative consists of television commercials, online video pre-roll ads, digital advertising, social media content and in-store materials. Media planning is being handled by Media Experts, with community management from Six12. The campaign will run through the year with executions varying to match the season. The creative depicts the chain as one that is able to meet a consumer’s needs at any time. The campaign uses the tagline, “Whenever. Wherever. Whatever.”

“We wanted to hone in on something more human for the brand,” said Alanna Nathanson, chief creative officer at the agency. “Yes, we all know convenience stores are convenient, but we tapped into why convenience really matters to people. Life is unpredictable, and we all need help in our moments of need, no matter how small.”
