Chief financial officer to depart Aimia

Tor Lønnum will depart the position of chief financial officer at Montreal-based loyalty program company Aimia in September. He joined the company as CFO in 2016. Prior to that, he was CFO at Tryg of Copenhagen, Denmark.
Roman Doroniuk, a member of the board at Aimia since 2005, will act as interim CFO while a replacement is sought. Doroniuk will remain a member of the board during this period, but will step down from his positions on the company's audit and human resources and compensation committees.
