New board at Aimia

Loyalty program operator Aimia has selected a new board of directors. The board consists of chief executive officer Jeremy Rabe, as well as Karen Basian, Charles Frischer, Sandra Hanington, Michael Lehmann, Philip Mittleman, David Rosenkrantz and Jordan Teramo. Frischer has been appointed chair of the board. Basian is president of KB Capital Management, Frischer is a general partner at LFF Partners, Hanington was previously president and CEO of the Royal Canadian Mint, Lehmann is the managing member of LARC Capital Holdings, Rosenkrantz is a co-founder of Patica Corporation, while Teramo was previously lead portfolio manager at CIFC Asset Management.
