New chairman at Aimia

Charles Frischer has resigned as the chairman of Toronto-based loyalty program holding company Aimia. He has also left the company’s board of directors. According to the company, Frischer’s departure is due to “personal reasons.” Board member David Rosenkrantz has been appointed chairman of the board. A search for an additional board member is now underway.
