Aimia CEO departs

Phil Mittleman has announced he will depart the position of chief executive officer of Toronto-based Aimia. The company has begun a search for a replacement. Tom Finke, chair of the company since October 2023, has been appointed executive chairman. Karen Basian, chair of the company’s audit, finance and risk committee, has been appointed lead independent director.
