Aimia adds two board members

Montreal-based loyalty program operator Aimia has added two new independent members to its board of directors: Dieter Jentsch and Frederick Mifflin. Jentsch was most recently group head of global banking and markets at Scotiabank. Prior to that, he was group head of international banking. Mifflin is a vice-chair and partner at Blair Franklin Capital Partners. He was also vice-chairman and global head of investment and corporate banking at the Bank of Montreal.
