Aimia selects new board

Montreal-based loyalty program management company Aimia has selected a new board of directors. Robert Brown has been selected as chairman. Additional board members include Roman Doroniuk, Rupert Duchesne, Joanne Ferstman, Michael Fortier, John Forzani, Beth Horowitz, David Laidley, Douglas Port and Alan Rossy.
Aimia owns and operates Aeroplan in Canada, Nectar in the United Kingdom, Nectar Italia in Italy and Smart Button. It also holds partial ownership in Air Miles Middle East, Travel Club of Spain, Club Premier of Mexico, China Rewards, Think Big, Prismah Fidelidade of Brazil, I2C of the UK and US-based Cardlytics.
