Shopping centre Outlet Collection Winnipeg has retained Will of Vancouver to develop a brand strategy and creative campaign in advance of its opening on May 3. The assignment also includes related properties Outlet Collection at Niagara and Premium Outlet Collection Edmonton International Airport. Will won the account in a competitive pitch process. The launch campaign will include out-of-home, print and digital ads, as well as a television sponsorship and social media activities.
