New president at Astral Out of Home

Bell Media of Toronto has appointed Karine Moses to the position of president of its Astral Out of Home division. She will begin work on July 4 and will be based in Montreal. Moses joined Bell in 1997. She was most recently vice-president of field operations support. Prior to that, she was vice-president of Bell Technical Solutions. She has also been director of customer assurance and provisioning and director of long term planning and workforce management.
"Karine is a focused, proactive leader with a proven record of managing large teams and delivering a positive client experience," said Mary Ann Turcke, president of Bell Media. "I'm confident that Astral Out of Home will benefit greatly from her extensive experience, creativity and passion."
