Hill&Knowlton Strategies promotes three, hires one

Hill&Knowlton Strategies has recently promoted three staff members in its Ottawa office. Leigha Cotton, Sarah Bain and Ryan Clarke have been promoted to the position of vice-president. Cotton was previously a senior account director. Bain was previously a senior account director in the public engagement division. Prior to that, she was director of communications for the Liberal Party of Canada. Prior to joining the agency in 2009, Clarke was a consultant at Grey Clark Shih and Associates.
Zain Khan has joined the agency's Toronto office as a web developer. He was previously a teaching assistant and a research assistant at the University of Ontario Institute of Technology.
