Hill&Knowlton Strategies promotes Clarke

Hill&Knowlton Strategies of Ottawa has promoted Ryan Clarke to the position of senior account director. Prior to joining the agency in 2009, Clarke was a consultant at Grey Clark Shih and Associates. He was also a special assistant to the Office of the Minister of International Trade.
