EB Games retains Intercept Group

Video game retail chain EB Games has hired Intercept Group of Toronto as its sampling agency of record. The assignment includes marketing and branding initiatives including product sampling, in-store media and point-of-sale campaigns intended to increase the profile of the EB Games brand in Canada, particularly among teens and young adults.
"Gaming is not just an activity, it's a passion for gamers of all ages, especially among the 18- to 34-year-old Millennial audience," said John Watson, vice-president of product experience, engagement and retail space at EB Games.
