Study: Millennial use of social media

Intercept Group of Toronto has released the results of a study into the social media usage habits of millennial consumers ranging in age from early teens to late twenties. According to the results, Facebook is used daily by 67% of this demographic. YouTube is used daily by 61% of respondents. Twitter and Instagram are each used daily by approximately 25% of respondents. Other services such as Google+, Snapchat, Tumblr, Vine and Vimeo are used by about 20% of the demographic at least three times per week. In each case, consumers between the ages of 18 and 22 are the most regular users of social media sites.
