Subway conducts cash card promotion

Toronto-based sandwich chain Subway Restaurants has begun a back-to-school season promotion supporting its stored-value card. Until Sept. 30, consumers will receive a free six-inch sandwich when they purchase a $25 card at a participating location. "It's important that kids eat a balanced lunch to get through the school day," said Kathleen Bell, director of national marketing at Subway Restaurants of Canada. "With more than 3,000 locations across Canada, Subway restaurants are easily accessible to high-school and college students making Cash Cards a great lunchtime solution."
