New chief marketing officer at Spence Diamonds

Spence Diamonds of Vancouver has appointed Frank Hamlin to the newly-created position of chief marketing officer. He was most recently executive vice-president and chief marketing officer at Tailored Brands. Prior to that, he was chief marketing officer at GameStop and executive vice-president and marketing general manager at Guitar Center.
