Globe and Mail releases Android application

The Globe and Mail has released a new mobile application for Android devices. The subscription-based news-reading application is aimed primarily at tablet users. The content is organized to focus on the most important stories of the moment. The application also carries advertising in various formats that are designed to take advantage of the larger screens and higher resolutions of these devices.
