Epcor Utilities conducts Value of Water campaign

Epcor Utilities of Edmonton is conducting an out-of-home campaign in that city called "the Value of Water." Developed by Red The Agency of Edmonton in association with Newad, the campaign consists of advertising in five City of Edmonton recreation facilities. The campaign is intended to raise awareness of the services that are involved in the delivery of water. Executions include floor and wall decals, lobby banners, display boards, rink boards and glass wraps. The creative makes use of copy such as "Water for Everything You Love - Like Rinks" on the rink ads and "The Taste of Victory" on ads next to water fountains. The campaign will run until the end of the month.

"It's all about making real-world connections in the places, and ways, that are most meaningful for the audience," said Dennis Lenarduzzi, creative director at Red. "We wanted to bring water, which is sometimes taken for granted, back to that place of value."

Epcor Utilities owns and operates electrical transmission networks, water treatment facilities and other infrastructure properties in Canada and the United States.
