McDonald joins Weber Shandwick

Weber Shandwick has appointed Vanessa McDonald to the position of senior vice-president and national leader of its consumer and technology practices in Toronto. McDonald was most recently at National Public Relations, where she headed the marketing communications practice. Prior to that, she headed the London and San Francisco offices of Paris-based Ballou PR. She was also associate director of marketing at Capgemini.
