New head of marketing practice at National

National Public Relations has appointed Vanessa McDonald to the position of vice-president of marketing communications in Toronto. McDonald previously established the London and San Francisco office of Paris-based Ballou PR. She was also the associate marketing director and international press manager of consulting firm Capgemini.
