Rogers conducts Blown Away campaign

Rogers of Toronto has begun a new marketing campaign called "Get Blown Away by Rogers LTE." The campaign focuses on the company's high-speed mobile data service, which is, according to Rogers, up to twice as fast as the services of its competitors. The initiative includes a consumer component called the "Rogers Blown Away Speed Challenge," which is taking place nationally at participating Cineplex theatres and Rogers retail stores. Consumers are encouraged to test the speed of Rogers LTE against other carriers using a variety of smartphones. The challenge is being supported with an online video, retail materials and social media activities.
