John Hayes has moved north of the border to become vice-president and general manager for Black & Decker Canada's power tool and accessories division. Previously he was finance director for Black & Decker's consumer power tools division in the U.S. Stephen Kennedy is now vice-president and general manger for the accessories division for Black & Decker Europe. Most recently he was vice-president and general manager of the power tools division at Black & Decker Canada
