Shaw Media adds three, promotes one

Shaw Media has promoted Dervla Kelly to the position of head of corporate communications and network publicity. Chris McDowall has been appointed director of corporate communications for Shaw. McDowall was previously director of publicity at Global. Judy Lung has joined the company as senior publicist for Global. She was previously a publicist for Lifetime on a contract basis. Katia Houde has been hired as a publicist for Global. She was most recently part of the communications staff of the Toronto International Film Festival.
