McDowall joins Global

Chris McDowall will join Global Television as director of publicity on Sept. 13. He will lead publicity for Global's primetime programming and for Global News. McDowall has spent the past seven years at Holmes Communications. He was also previously the head of promotions and publicity at Rogers Radio for 680 News and CHFI.
