The Canadian Premium Audience Exchange has gained two new participants: V and Télé-Québec. V, which is a division of Remstar, is a conventional television station in Quebec. Télé-Québec is the province's public broadcaster. The exchange is an online real-time bidding service that provides advertisers and agencies with access to digital advertising inventory on participating stations. Additional participants include Corus, Shaw Media, Rogers Media and CBC/Radio-Canada. "The pooling of Radio-Canada.ca, Rogers Media, Telequebec.tv and Vtele.ca advertising inventory is great news for advertisers looking to reach various Francophone audience members on the web," said Jean Mongeau, executive director of the revenue group for French services at CBC/Radio-Canada. "This new advertising supply model promises to spur further growth of the French-language digital media industry in Canada."
