Intertainment Media, Snipp Interactive form cross-promotional deal

Toronto-based marketing and technology company Intertainment Media has formed a cross-promotion agreement with Snipp Interactive, a mobile marketing services company based in Washington, DC. Intertainment operates a number of online marketing divisions, including ItiBity, Ad Taffy,Ortsbo and Deal Frenzy. The company also has investments in a number of other marketing technology firms in Canada and the US. Snipp Interactive offers mobile marketing services in the US, Mexico and India. Under the terms of the agreement, each company will promote and represent the other's products and services to its own clients and to potential customers. "Intertainment's relationship with Snipp is the next step in the company's strategy to provide revenue-centric platforms to our clients," said David Lucatch, CEO of Intertainment. "With our recent launch of our mobile and online social hub and venue platform, Snipp provides us with the ability to add further value and monetization deliverables to a growing global mobile audience in 66 languages."
