Rdio hires NKPR

Digital music service Rdio has retained NKPR of Toronto as its public relations agency. The assignment includes "influencer engagement," event sponsorships and music premieres. "We required an agency that understands Rdio's unique place in the music ecosystem and has close relationships with key niche consumer media and influencers," said Rachel Noonan of Rdio Canada. "In combination with Weber Shandwick, NKPR will be integral in growing our community and getting Canadians listening to more music anywhere, anytime."
