Rogers Publishing promotes Osborne

Rogers Publishing has promoted Julie Osborne to the position of vice-president of business development. She will be responsible for the company's contracts, partnerships and arrangements with federal and provincial governments and their related agencies. She will also oversee its magazine distribution business activities. Osborne joined Rogers Publishing in 2007 as associate publisher of Maclean's. She has also been publisher of Maclean's, Canadian Business, Profit and MoneySense, and senior director of business planning and integration. Prior to joining the publishing division, she was vice-president of television distribution at Rogers Broadcasting.
