Manitoba Telecom Services has begun an advertising campaign in support of its Whole Home PVR service. The out-of-home campaign is being conducted via Fashion Frame, a division of Zoom Media. It consists of sticker ads in the changing rooms of Winners retail stores. The initiative is aimed at women between the ages of 18 and 54. The creative makes use of animated artwork featuring animal characters and variations on the theme of "one-size-fits-all."
