Absolut promotes new vodka flavour

Absolut has begun a promotion in support of the launch of its new Absolut Orient Apple vodka flavour in Ontario and Alberta. The promotion includes out-of-home and digital advertising, as well as public relations and a series of street activities developed by LexPR of Toronto. A branded ice cream truck will travel through Toronto this week, accompanied by promotional workers distributing candy apples. The apples carry quick response codes that will take smartphone users to a website containing a video of cocktail recipes using the new product.
