Calgary radio station Vibe to rebrand as Virgin Radio

On June 30, Calgary radio station Vibe 98.5 will be rebranded as 98.5 Virgin Radio. This will be the fifth Virgin-branded radio station in Canada. The station is operated by Astral in association with Virgin Radio International. The station will continue to play top-40 popular music. "Our listeners love this station and we always strive to give them more to love," said Chad Martin, the station's operations manager. "98.5 Virgin Radio will have more opportunities for our clients and listeners to engage with us and experience radio in a fresh new way."
