INVESTORS NOW HAS MORE FUNDS

Investors Group of Winnipeg introduced 11 new mutual funds to the market this week. The funds include five new Investors Group-managed funds, as well as three funds created in conjunction with Sceptre Investment Counsel and three with Beutel, Goodman & Co., both of Toronto. The Investors Group funds include: Investors Canadian Natural Resource Fund, Investors Latin American Growth Fund and Investors North American High Yield Bond Fund. New funds launched with Sceptre Investment are Canadian Balanced Fund, Equity Fund and Bond fund. Funds launched in conjunction with Beutel are Canadian Balanced Fund, Equity Fund and Small Cap Fund. The new funds are being promoted using PR done by Argyle Communications of Toronto. Palmer Jarvis Advertising of Vancouver creates advertising for Investors. The company may launch an ad campaign for the funds in the fall. The company now has 47 mutual funds.
