Espresso CEO joins board, becomes shareholder

Toronto-based Espresso has appointed agency CEO Jacquelyn Cyr to its board of directors. She has also entered into an agreement to become a shareholder in the firm. Cyr will be the first non-founding member of Espresso to become a shareholder and board member. She joined the agency, then called RetailCom, in 2004 as an account director. She was promoted to chief operating officer in 2008 and chief executive officer in 2009.
