Varicent Software retains Scratch

Business software company Varicent Software has hired Scratch of Toronto as its digital and public relations agency. Scratch won the account after an agency search involving an unknown number of firms. The assignment includes digital marketing, US and Canadian public relations, and social media activities. The agency's first work will support the introduction of a new company website in January. Scratch will work in association with Hill & Knowlton on Varicent's US-based public relations.
