Loto-Quebec promotes new lottery

Loto-Québec of Montreal has begun a new lottery promotion, developed by Cossette. The effort, aimed primarily at young adult consumers, includes four scratch-off lottery tickets featuring an animal theme. Winning tickets are identified by an animal text message sent to consumers. The lottery is being promoted with social media content, as well as online, out-of-home and point-of-sale advertising.
