Cossette to exclude Cosmos Capital from sale process

Cossette has invited potential buyers of the company to submit written expressions of interest in an acquisition. Cossette has also decided to exclude Cosmos Capital from participating in the sale process of the company. The company's special committee cited the unfair imbalance of knowledge held by Cosmos relative to other possible buyers thanks to the former Cossette employees who are Cosmos investors. Cossette also continues to hold the position that the Cosmos proposal is opportunistic, conditional and financial inadequate.
