University of Calgary retains AmoebaCorp
By Adnews Staff
The University of Calgary has hired AmoebaCorp of Toronto to undertake a student recruitment project. The agency will develop a "recruitment brand architecture and design system" for the university to use in its communications to students. The firm won the account in a competitive process involving an unknown number of contenders. "AmoebaCorp has a great reputation as a firm that really gets youth but we were surprised by the depth of their strategic ability and by the importance they place on providing a strong strategic foundation before anything else begins," said Dan Seneker, associate director of student recruitment at the university.
