Haskayne School of Business debuts new branding
By Derek Winkler
The Haskayne School of Business at the University of Calgary has undertaken a rebranding initiative. The effort includes the launch of a new visual identity intended to depict the school as a “contemporary leader in business education, while expressing a youthful, creative sensibility.” The branding includes a new logo featuring a letter “H” transforming from lower-case to upper-case, as well as the use of abstract shapes and new colours. The branding was developed Calgary-based agency Evans Hunt, along with the Haskayne marketing and communications department.
The school has also begun a new marketing campaign called “Choose Change.” It consists of television commercials as well as billboard, radio and digital advertising, as well as online video and social media content.
