Evans Hunt adds one, promotes two

Calgary-based digital agency Evans Hunt has appointed Sandra Wilkins to the position of head of people. She was previously senior human resources manager at Rogers Business and Technology. Jen Spackman has been promoted to head of operations. She joined the agency in 2013 and was previously program delivery practice lead. Stephanie Chamberland has been promoted to program delivery practice lead. She joined the firm in 2011.
