Colour promotes Joseph

Colour of Halifax has appointed Savior Joseph to the newly-created position of digital delivery director. He joined the agency two years ago as an online marketing manager. Prior to that, Joseph worked in communications for the United Nations High Commissioner for Refugees and Dalhousie University.
