Outdoor Broadcast Network hires business development director

The Toronto-based Outdoor Broadcast Network has appointed Dora Alexander to the newly-created position of business development director. She will seek new sales and revenue sources for the company and lead the staff that develops marketing activities for its clients. Alexander was most recently a senior account director at Alloy Media & Marketing in Los Angeles.
