Outdoor Broadcast Network promotes Alexander

Toronto-based media company Outdoor Broadcast Network has promoted Dora Alexander to the position of vice-president of advertising sales. She joined the company last year as director of business development. Prior to that, she was a senior account director at Alloy Media & Marketing in Los Angeles.
