Pereira joins Outdoor Broadcast Network

Toronto-based Outdoor Broadcast Network has hired Celia Marques Pereira as a national account manager. She was previously an account executive at MacLaren McCann, where she worked on the Rogers, Microsoft and General Motors accounts. Most recently she was an account manager at Abcon Media.
