Bell breaks Better Home campaign

Bell Canada has begun a new marketing campaign called "Better Home" to promote its Internet, home telephone and digital television services. The campaign, developed by Cossette Communication-Marketing, features Bell's animated beaver spokescharacters Frank and Gordon. The creative relates a special package deal from Bell to the concept of home improvement, depicting these services as a way to make a home better. "Canadians are spending more time and money making their homes a better place, whether that means new decor or the latest in technology or home entertainment," said Kevin Crull of Bell Residential Services. The campaign, which is running in Ontario and Quebec, consists of television, radio, newspaper, direct mail, online and outdoor advertising in English and French. The campaign began yesterday and will run for the rest of the year. Media buying was handled by Cossette Media.
