Future Shop retains Cossette

Electronics retail chain Future Shop of Burnaby, BC has hired Cossette Communication-Marketing to handle its national marketing communications. The agency won the account in a review involving eight contenders that began late last year. Cossette will service the account from its Toronto and Vancouver offices. “Cossette demonstrated a real passion for our business and the category,” said Anita Sehgal, director of marketing at Future Shop. “We believe they will be a great partner for us to continue to evolve our brand as they have demonstrated a capability to use customer insight to drive great creative strategy.” Future Shop has 121 stores in Canada.
