New general manager at Optimum Public Relations

Greg Power has joined Cossette Communication Group as a senior vice-president in the company's Toronto office and general manager of Optimum Public Relations. Power has spent the last five years at Edelman, most recently as deputy general manager of Canadian operations. He was also the national practice leader for Edelman's consumer and technology groups. Prior to that, Power was a vice-president in the technology group at Hill and Knowlton Canada. He also head the public relations group at Rapp Collins Worldwide.
