STRATEGIC OBJECTIVES WINS GOLD QUILL

Toronto-based Strategic Objectives has won a Gold Quill Award from the International Association of Business Communicators. The agency won for its Drug News and Views newsletter, which it produces for the Canadian Drug Manufacturers Association. Started in 1995, the newsletter targets Canada's generic drug industry. It is published in English and French, and has a circulation of 8,000. The newsletter is distributed to legislators, coalition groups, the media, industry insiders and general public. Drug News and Views is written and produced by Strategic Objectives, while Spencer Francey Peters Inc. of Toronto designs it. The award will be presented at the IABC International Conference in Dallas, Texas on June 20.
