SPECTRUM PUTTING WIND IN BRIGANTINE'S SAILS
By Adnews Staff
Toronto Brigantine Inc. is using a public relations agency for the first time. The non-profit organization offers young people 14 to 18 the opportunity to work aboard two 72-foot sailing ships. Part of the PR assignment will be to find sponsors for the organization. The program was launched in 1962.
