Astral Media Outdoor wins Toronto street furniture business

Astral Media Outdoor has received approval from the City of Toronto to provide street furniture for the city for the next 20 years. Astral won the business in a competition involving an unknown number of contenders. The company will provide transit shelters, information pillars, benches, waste bins and other public services. Astral pitched for the business in association with Kramer Design Associates of Toronto. “Toronto deserves a streetscape that will raise its image as a clean, green and beautiful international city and we believe our designs will do just that,” said Jacques Parisien, president of Astral Media Outdoor.
