NEW HAIR COLOR FROM CLAIROL
By Adnews Staff
U.S.-based Clairol will introduce a new hair color in the U.S. in August. Called Hydrience, the new product is a water-based permanent creme color. Either J. Walter Thompson or Wells Rich Greene BDDP, both of New York, will handle advertising.
